As conversations around climate action grow more urgent, it becomes even more important to hear from voices who not only understand the science but also 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒄𝒚. ✨ We are proud to introduce 𝗠𝘅. 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗼 𝗕. 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗼, a passionate queer 𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙚 from Tabaco City, Albay. With a background in 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 from 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 and years of leadership in youth-led environmental movements, Bill has dedicated his work to connecting climate issues with real communities and real lives. 🌱 Currently serving as a 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 at 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, he leads initiatives that empower communities, strengthen climate awareness, and turn knowledge into action. His work goes beyond the classroom, bridging environmental science, human rights, and grassroots organizing. Recognized as one of the young Filipinos making a meaningful impact in climate justice, Bill continues to inspire through education, storytelling, and advocacy—even co-authoring a children’s book to bring climate conversations into everyday spaces. 📚 At 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮, he will guide us through today’s pressing climate realities—from the Philippines’ progress in global commitments like 𝑺𝑫𝑮 𝟏𝟑, to the meaning and urgency of a 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, and the powerful role 𝒈𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔 plays in shaping climate action.
